After 15 years of working my corporate job, I decided to pursue my passion of teaching yoga. One day I walked into the office after completing my certification hours (200 hrs. as a yoga instructor + 85 hrs. prenatal teacher) and handed in my letter of resignation. That day, I began my life’s work. 

Today, I am still offering services and classes to expecting and new moms. As a mother of two (a 26-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son), I understand the strength and support system it takes during these prenatal and postpartum seasons of our lives. I hope I can help you and your family through this new chapter of your life. - Michelle
