Prenatal Yoga

is a fantastic way to find comfort in your ever changing body. through all facets of yoga (physical practice or movements, breathing and meditation) we will cultivate awareness and develop comfort measures so that you can connect with your baby. you will find the strength and confidence within you in order to prepare yourself for labor and new motherhood. this class will also provide a community of women with whom you are able to discuss the challenges you are facing as your body transitions into each stage of pregnancy. various stages of pregnancy are welcome and no previous knowledge of yoga is necessary.

Postnatal Yoga

is a yoga class for parent/caregiver and baby. Gentle asana and restorative postures combined with breathing provide a rejuvenating practice for new parents/caregivers. Babies are either relaxing next to you or part of your practice.

Itsy Bitsy® Baby Yoga

(ages newborn to nearly crawling) contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby’s development. each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby’s sleep. during a baby itsy bitsy yoga® class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. for parents/caregivers, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about baby's emerging personality. most of the yoga we do is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself.

Itsy Bitsy® Tot Yoga

(ages crawling to 24 mo) is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. as tot’s mobility increases, classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. tots become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. during class crawlers and walkers playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping. parents/caregivers also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience is required.

Gentle Yoga

is a very relaxing and mild intensity Yoga practice to help decrease stress-levels, improve joint mobility, improve circulation and overall health and well-being.  An excellent class for those who are returning to body movement after a long time without exercise and/or after healing from an injury.

Hatha Yoga

features basic postures (asana) along with breathing techniques (pranayama) taught with emphasis on alignment and strength. this combination of yogic practices provides the student with a sense of well-being and calmness.
