Yoga for Labor & Birth Couples Workshop
This workshop helps you find the courage & comfort you'll need during the birthing process. By learning coping strategies which include movement, massage, breath, visualization, vocalization your partner can provide emotional support & together you can manage the intensity of childbirth. You and your partner will get the opportunity to explore the process of labor & discover the strategies that might work best for your birthing plan. While the approach of labor is from a yogic perspective, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Couples at all stages of pregnancy are welcome. The information that you take away from this workshop can be used in any birth setting.

JC Bump Moms Support Group
Come together with new moms to share stories, experiences and discuss all that comes with being new to motherhood. It’s your opportunity to ask for advice or give advice. Also, we’ll remind one another that self care is a priority in your routine so that you can be the best mom to your little one.

Get information and support in a nonjudgmental environment. Each meeting we’ll discuss a topic that’s important to pregnancy and childbirth. Each speakers is an expert in their field. Some topics of discussion are: birth plans, baby care, common birth interventions, pelvic floor, prenatal nutrition, doulas, navigating childcare and much more. There’s always time to ask questions, share information and bond with others.

JC Bump Working Moms Support Group
Making the transition into a working new mom is tricky and somewhat stressful. Join other moms who are headed back to work, newly back to work or have been back to work for some time. It’s your chance to learn the tricks and planning methods from other moms. Have a good time socializing while sharing your experiences. Enjoy some light refreshments and feel the support you received when you first became a new mom.
